About Château de Favières
Located in Bugnaux, in the hills above Mont-sur-Rolle, Château de Favières is a family-owned wine estate dating back more than five centuries, now committed to biodynamic viticulture and respect for the environment. The estate is gradually being revitalized thanks to extensive work on the soil, biodiversity, and terroir wines.
Your mission
Working directly with the estate's owners, you will play an active role in the commercial relaunch and visibility of Château de Favières, combining commercial prospecting, communication, and involvement in the life of the estate.
Your main responsibilities:
Commercial development

Canvassing and following up with professional clients: hotels, restaurants, cafes, wine bars

Prospecting for new points of sale and regional partnerships.

Delivering wines to points of sale Communication & marketing

Managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, possibly TikTok).

Managing the estate's email inbox and responding to customers.

Content creation (photos, posts, stories, press releases, product sheets).

Events and representation. Participation in tastings, fairs, and trade shows.

Assistance with organizing events at the estate.
Estate & cellar life

Occasional participation in cellar work (decanting, racking, monitoring fermentation, etc.)

Updating the accounting ledger and providing logistical support as needed.
Required profile

Student enrolled in an engineering or oenology program at Changins, HES, or ES (2nd or 3rd year) or equivalent training.

Independent, curious, resourceful, and versatile, with a passion for both viticulture and sales.

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to network.

Strong communication skills (e.g., social media videos), developed creative sense. Very comfortable with social media (Instagram, Facebook, possibly TikTok).

Driver's license and car required.

A 17-hectare wine estate located in Cortaillod in the canton of Neuchâtel is looking for a full-time winegrower to start on April 1 or to be agreed.
Mission:
You will join our small team on the estate to carry out viticultural work. Three-quarters of the vines are mid-high and mechanized, and one-quarter are on terraces with light mechanization. The estate is currently converting to organic farming.
Your tasks:

Manual work: Mowing embankments and flat areas. Treating terraces. Guyot and permanent cordon pruning, debudding, trellising, leaf removal.

Mechanical work: tractor work. Routine maintenance of machinery.

• Experience in using machinery in vineyards, particularly crawler tractors
• Passion for driving crawler tractors on steep slopes
• Enjoyment of manual and physical work in vineyards
• Attention to detail, good observation skills and a sense of responsibility
• Interest in biodynamics and biodiversity • Open-minded and eager to learn
Your tasks
• Support the team with summer work in the vineyards
• Drive and maintain tracked machinery (Camisa and Fort types)
