CHANGINS will be present at the Caves Ouvertes Vaudoises (Open Wine Cellars in the Canton of Vaud) in Nyon, offering an interactive experience centred on wine and new beverages developed at the school.


Discover through play and tasting

At our stand, visitors can explore aromas through a scent game: recognising, comparing and understanding how the aromatic perception of a drink is constructed. A playful way to familiarise yourself with sensory analysis as practised at CHANGINS.


You can also discover and taste:

  • the new drinks developed at CHANGINS

  • the students' creations, including the two Tipsy drinks developed as part of their projects

  • two new wines from our new range, made from grapes grown by our graduates, available for the first time


The students and teams will be on hand to explain the creation, formulation and analysis processes behind these products and answer your questions about careers and training in the wine sector.

A stopover in Nyon to round off your tour of the open wine cellars with an experimental, educational and sensory approach to taste.
