Olive oil, now universally recognised for its health benefits, has been used since ancient times. Like fine wines, it is an integral part of gastronomy.

Christine Cheylan, an olive oil and wine producer in Provence, will share with you her enthusiasm and passion for this magnificent product. Through tasting, she will teach you how to recognise the difference between a great olive oil and one of lesser quality.
