When the creativity of the next generation attracts the cameras 🎥

With Tipsy, our students are not just developing a product: they are reflecting on how to reinvent the relationship between wine and today's consumers. This approach caught the attention of Canal 9, which devoted a report to them.

Their new drink, designed as a bridge between wine-making tradition and new uses, emphasises experimentation, innovation and an understanding of current trends. Through this project, they demonstrate that a scientific and creative approach can lead to concrete proposals for the industry.

Seeing their work presented on screen confirms the interest their ideas generate beyond the school and underlines the relevance of their vision.

Congratulations to the team for this recognition and for the energy they have put into innovation.
