SUMMER UNIVERSITY 2025 – A day at Changins

As part of its Summer University programme, Changins had the pleasure of welcoming oenology students from all over the world for a day rich in discoveries and exchanges.
The day's programme included a welcome speech by the director, absinthe distillation, edible plant identification, a sensory analysis workshop and a tour of the educational cellar.
It was a wonderful immersion into the world of Changins, combining expertise, nature and conviviality.
