A week in the spotlight for ‘Tipsy’ 🥤
In just a few days, our students made numerous media appearances to talk about their ‘Tipsy’ project, revealing the interest it has generated among both professionals and the general public. The highlight of this visibility was a report on RTS at 12:45 p.m., which followed them to the cellar during production, during the preparation for the competition and then to the awards ceremony.
Beyond the performance, it was also the freshness of the recipes that made an impression.
Two accessible, contemporary and very enjoyable drinks:
• white version: white wine, yuzu and apricot with sparkling water 🍋🥂
• rosé version: rosé, cranberry, blueberry and peach with sparkling water 🍑🫐
Fruity and refreshing profiles that offer a new way of approaching wine, more convivial and adapted to current habits.
This project fully illustrates Changins' approach: practical training where students develop real entrepreneurial projects, supported by the teaching staff from the initial idea to the presentation before a professional jury, which included Pascal Meyer, founder of QoQa.
We are very proud of their commitment and their ability to transform an idea into an innovative and credible product for the market.
You can watch the report here 🙂
